so there was this customer who wanted to redeem her points but gave her ic number instead, and to redeem, you have to present your member card to us, otherwise you have to rescan everything. azizah did this transaction, and she purchased 14 items, which had to be rescanned since a new transaction must be made, as the error 'loyalty has alr been accepted' will show up if you try to scan the card. so, the r customer (a freaking auntie) got annoyed and angry and said that she (azizah) wasted her time. and she always did this at the other outlets (using her ic number at first, then deciding whether to redeem the points) and it was okay. so tony had to like help azizah on this one 'cos the auntie was so damn bitchy and didn't want to let it go. then the auntie asked whether she was new and tony had to say yes :p to which she replied that the management has to train their staff well. psh, what an asshole. 

then there was another r customer who thought there was 5x points today (the promotion ended last wk) and Maggie who didn't know abt it told her that the promotion is still on. so the customer got angry and said that we cheated her -.- and this customer was a frigging c. mao hates 'c's and I just totally rolled my eyes at her. 

well, then tony came to talk to us and said that there are a lot of this kind of unreasonable, ridiculous customers around. but then, you shouldn't talk back / scold them because they will complain abt you / snap at you for being rude. TSK mao's principle is, don't stoop to their level, educated people don't fight with their mouths 😌😌 and he said that they think they buy a few dollars of items then they very big. R. 

there was this funny moment when mao saw this customer looking confused and almost approached her when she saw tony and said "你，来!" hahaha then when before tony went to serve the customer he said softly "哇，点名了" hahaha ridiculous. then the customer asked him about the diff kinds of glucosamine brands which he tried explaining and explaining and explaining. but the customer took so long to decide + had so many freaking qns. mao and azizah could see that tony was getting pekcek hahaha, eventually the customer didn't even buy, r. then saw this slimming product called glow at the counter and kept asking whether it's good or not. eventually, they didn't buy again, r. tony said his next job should be a promoter since customers keep asking whether a product is good, or if we recommend any products. well, it's still kinda amazing how he can stand so much ridiculous stuff happening in his life from cindy to r customers. 

and mao went for break with azizah and she's renovating her house! plus she found a new job alr after this which would be at changi airport so it'll be more convenient for her ^-^ 

oh and she took off tmr instead, so mao is with tony for the aftn shift again :< awkward mao. mao didn't realise until tony told mao lmao, he always seems to know when he's doing shifts with mao 💁 and I'll only realise it when he tells me. then he said tmr stocks will be coming! so there will be something to do and if we talk talk abit time will pass pretty soon :p not like today when there was nothing to do and there were 4 people on the shift. 

:p just now mao kept talking to azizah at the cashier then I think jacq abit not happy so tony asked mao to do stuff (an he came over to tell me what jacq told him) hahaha the power of being bilingual 😙 mao's starting to think that he's really quite a nice guy~
